OnesGolden is a brand of SEONNS FASHION — the merchant of record for your order. Returns are processed by SEONNS FASHION.
Ready-to-Wear Orders
Ready-to-wear items in original, unworn condition with tags attached may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. Sale items and gift cards are final sale.
- Contact info@onesgolden.com with your order number to receive return instructions
- Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after the return is received and inspected
Custom & Wholesale Orders
Custom-developed and bulk production orders (including private-label programs) are manufactured to your approved specification and samples, and are therefore non-returnable — except for verified manufacturing defects or deviations from the approved sample. In that case we will repair, replace or compensate per the production agreement.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order on arrival. Report damage, defects or wrong items within 7 days with photos, and we will make it right — replacement or full refund including shipping.
Exchanges
For size exchanges on ready-to-wear items, place a new order and return the original — this is the fastest way to secure your size.
