OnesGolden is a brand of SEONNS FASHION (“OnesGolden”, “we”, “us”). SEONNS FASHION is the party to these Terms and to your purchase contract; all shipments and payments are handled by SEONNS FASHION.

Use of the Site

You may use this site for lawful shopping and business inquiries only. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or scrape content in ways that impair its operation.

Accounts & Orders

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when ordering
  • Order acceptance occurs when we confirm shipment; we may decline orders in cases of pricing errors, stock issues or suspected fraud
  • Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise and may change without notice; the price at confirmation is the price you pay

Custom Production

Custom and wholesale production follows a separate agreement covering specifications, approved samples, payment schedule and delivery terms. Nothing on this site modifies such agreements.

Intellectual Property

All site content (text, imagery, logos) is the property of OnesGolden or its licensors. Customer designs, patterns and trademarks used in production remain the property of their owners and are protected by confidentiality.

Affiliate Program

Affiliate commissions, tracking and payouts are governed by the program terms provided at registration. Fraudulent attribution leads to account termination.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnesGolden is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
