OnesGolden is a brand of SEONNS FASHION, which fulfils, ships and receives payment for all orders.

Where We Ship

We currently deliver to the United States, Canada and Europe. Additional regions are added as our logistics network grows.

Processing & Delivery Time

  • Ready-to-wear orders: processed within 2–3 business days
  • Custom production orders: timeline confirmed in your production agreement
  • Typical delivery: 7–15 business days depending on destination and service level

Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number. Real-time tracking is available on your order status page and via email updates from dispatch to delivery.

Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise agreed. Where available, duties-prepaid (DDP) options can be selected at checkout.

Shipping Costs

Rates are calculated by weight and destination at checkout. Free-shipping thresholds and wholesale freight terms are shown on the cart page or in your production agreement.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If tracking stalls for more than 7 business days, contact info@onesgolden.com — we will investigate with the carrier and reship or refund as appropriate.
